The customer expressly acknowledges that:

  • AD-CODE.IN is a private service provider.
  • We are not a government portal.

  • Government processing times are outside our direct control.

Customers should verify important government information, official fees, eligibility requirements, procedures, and application status through the relevant official government authority.

  • bank-related information where applicable;
  • photographs;
  • signatures;
  • certificates;
  • licences;
  • supporting documents; and
  • any other information required for the requested service.

You must promptly provide any additional information or documents reasonably required to process your application.

  • reviewing documents;
  • preparing forms;
  • entering information into application systems;
  • communicating with the customer;
  • submitting information through relevant platforms;
  • assisting with application corrections;
  • monitoring application status; and
  • performing other administrative tasks reasonably necessary for the requested service.

The scope of work may vary depending on the service purchased.

  • approval of an application;
  • issuance of an AD Code;
  • successful ICEGATE registration;
  • issuance of a certificate;
  • acceptance of documents;
  • successful verification;
  • approval within a specific time;
  • acceptance by a government portal; or
  • any particular outcome.

The final decision rests with the relevant government authority. If an application is rejected, returned, delayed, suspended, or placed under verification, AD-CODE.IN cannot override or guarantee the authority's decision.

Section 9

Government Processing Times

Any estimated processing time communicated by AD-CODE.IN is an estimate only unless a specific written guarantee has been expressly provided.

Applications may be delayed due to:

  • government processing times;
  • government holidays;
  • portal downtime;
  • technical issues;
  • additional verification;
  • document discrepancies;
  • requests for additional information;
  • changes in government procedures;
  • system maintenance; or
  • other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A government delay does not automatically constitute a failure by AD-CODE.IN to provide its services.

Section 10

Customer Verification and Corrections

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing information before it is submitted. Where the customer identifies an error in information provided by them, they should notify AD-CODE.IN as soon as reasonably possible.

We may assist with corrections where technically and practically possible. Additional charges may apply where a correction requires substantial additional work or a new application, subject to the applicable service terms.

Section 11

Fees and Payments

Customers agree to pay the applicable service charges displayed, communicated, or otherwise agreed upon for the requested service. Depending on the service, the total amount may include:

  • AD-CODE.IN service charges;
  • administrative charges;
  • government fees;
  • statutory charges;
  • taxes;
  • payment-processing charges; and/or
  • third-party service charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the service fee charged by AD-CODE.IN is separate from any government fee.

Section 12

Government Fees and Statutory Charges

Where government fees, challans, duties, taxes, or statutory charges are applicable, these may be payable in addition to our service charges.

If AD-CODE.IN pays such charges on behalf of the customer, the customer may be responsible for reimbursing those amounts.

Government fees and statutory payments may be non-refundable depending on the relevant authority's rules.

Section 13

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers should review that policy before purchasing services.

A refund is not automatically available merely because:

  • the customer changes their mind;
  • a government authority delays an application;
  • an application remains pending;
  • an application is rejected for reasons attributable to the customer;
  • documents are incomplete or incorrect; or
  • government procedures change.

Where applicable, administrative/service-processing charges, government fees, statutory charges, and non-refundable third-party charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Section 14

Administrative Charge of ₹2,900

Where applicable under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, an administrative/service-processing charge of ₹2,900 (Rupees Two Thousand Nine Hundred only) may be retained or deducted from the amount otherwise eligible for refund where the service cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer.

Examples may include:

  • failure to provide required documents;
  • incomplete documents;
  • incorrect information;
  • name mismatch;
  • failure to provide required clarification;
  • failure to cooperate;
  • failure to complete required steps; or
  • other circumstances that prevent completion of the requested service due to the customer.

The ₹2,900 amount is an administrative/service-processing charge and is not a government fee or government penalty. The detailed rules governing this charge are contained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Section 15

Third-Party Services

Our services may depend upon third-party systems and providers, including:

  • government portals;
  • ICEGATE or other official platforms;
  • payment gateways;
  • banks;
  • hosting providers;
  • communication providers;
  • document verification services;
  • courier providers; and
  • other technical or service providers.

We do not control third-party systems and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, or uninterrupted operation. Third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

AD-CODE.IN is not responsible for technical failures, declined transactions, delays, duplicate transactions, or other issues caused by a payment provider, bank, card network, UPI system, or other external payment infrastructure.

If a payment has been deducted from your account but the transaction status is not confirmed, you should contact us with the relevant transaction details so that the payment can be verified.
