Refund Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee in cases where we are unable to process your application as promised.
If you have any concerns or complaints, you may contact us at any time. Our refund department will promptly review your request. If it is determined that we failed to deliver the agreed-upon services, a refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.
Refund Conditions (Please Read Carefully):

Rejection Due to Name Mismatch:
No refund will be issued if the application is accepted but later rejected due to a name mismatch or incorrect details provided in your documents. -
Incomplete Documents or Non-Cooperation:
If the application cannot be processed because the required documents are not submitted, the applicant does not cooperate, or for any other reason that prevents us from completing the process, INR 2900 (twenty nine hundred rupees only) will be deducted as administrative charges. -
Government Fees Deduction:
If any government fees, challans, duties, or other statutory payments have been paid by us during the application process, these amounts will be deducted from the refund. -
No Refund After Successful Processing:
If the registration or application has been successfully completed from our side in accordance with government rules, but the issuance of the certificate is delayed by a government department or authority, no refund will be applicable.
